If you checked out as a guest, check your e-mail for tracking information from us. It may take a few business hours for your package to get processed. Once you get the notification of shipping, you can see the status of your order using the tracking number we provide.
Check your spam folder as well for e-mails from us if you haven’t received this for over a day (Saturday excluded).
Kindly note that the order tracking number may show as not working initially, or show no movement for up to a day.
- The courier may have a delay from when they pickup packages and scan, to when they show in their web system.
- At times, based on how late in the day you ordered, your package may get ready for pickup after the courier has already done its pickup for the day. So in this case there will be no updates till next pickup on next business day. Most couriers do not pickup shipments on the weekends.
