In an attempt to deter “Pro-Tobacco” a.k.a. vape companies, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) of California held a conference in Pasadena, where they unveiled their new ads, likening vapers to sheep.
Although the November, 2016 advertising campaign was targeted at minors and non-smokers, the CDC made many blanket statements in regard to e-cigarettes and their users. The Pasadena Star reported on the event.
And vapers were not quiet about the subject. The American Vaping Associationg released this video shortly after, showing that there are two sides to every story.
